A booking website for your Cape Town business.
A hand-coded website that takes appointments, tables and stays day and night, wired to the booking tool you already use or straight to your WhatsApp, for salons, barbers, clinics, guesthouses, restaurants and studios in Cape Town. A Shop & Booking Site from R12,000 once-off, live within 7 days of me having your content.
What does a booking website cost in Cape Town?
A booking website is a Shop & Booking Site from R12,000 once-off: a full custom multi-section site with online booking wired to what you already use (Fresha, Setmore, NightsBridge and more) or to your WhatsApp, and card payments straight to your bank. If all you need for now is a clean site that gets you found, with WhatsApp and call buttons, that's a Starter Website from R6,500 once-off, and I'll tell you on the first chat which one fits.
Both are paid 50% to start and 50% when you go live, and both come with the care plan at R450 a month from launch, first month free. These are floors, not price tags: every quote is custom to what you do and how much of it, you get the number in writing before anything starts, and I never go below them.
- Starter Website, from R6,500 once-off: custom design from scratch (never a template), mobile-perfect on every phone, WhatsApp and call buttons that just work, SEO-ready from day one, domain in your name, and your own editor to change words and photos from your phone.
- Shop & Booking Site, from R12,000 once-off: a full custom multi-section website, online booking wired to what you already use or to WhatsApp, card payments straight to your bank, your services and galleries beautifully presented, SEO-ready with Google Maps and social previews, domain in your name, your own editor.
- Care plan, R450 a month from launch, first month free: domain renewal paid, hosting managed, your updates done within the week, a monthly check, WhatsApp support direct to me. Cancel any time with a month's notice.
- Optional add-ons: text logo R500, written copy R400, extra page R350.
Every plan, side by side, is on the pricing page.
Which booking tools can it connect to?
The ones you already use. If you take bookings on Fresha, Setmore, NightsBridge or a similar tool, your "Book" button plugs straight into it: your diary, your availability and your confirmations stay exactly where they are, nothing breaks, and there are no double bookings because the tool carries on holding the calendar. The website's job is to get the customer to that button at 11pm, when they're deciding.
If you don't use a booking tool at all, bookings come straight to your WhatsApp and you confirm them the way you do now.
- Salons, barbers and beauty: Fresha, Setmore or similar. The Book button opens your live diary.
- Guesthouses and B&Bs: NightsBridge or similar. Direct stays on your own site, alongside your Booking.com listing.
- Restaurants and cafés: table reservations to the tool you use, or straight to WhatsApp.
- No tool yet? Bookings land in your WhatsApp. If you start using one later, I point the Book button at it on the care plan.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, in one of two ways. If your Book button hands the customer to your existing tool, any deposit is taken by that tool and lands in the account you already have with it; the website doesn't touch the money. If card payments run on the site, they go straight to your bank through a payment provider in your own name: Yoco, PayFast or Shopify.
Either way the money never passes through me. Tell me which tool you use and I'll check what it can do before I promise anything, and I'll tell you on the first chat which of the two sites fits how you take bookings today.
- Through your booking tool: deposits handled by the tool, if it offers them.
- On the site: card payments straight to your bank via Yoco, PayFast or Shopify.
- Not sure your tool does deposits? Send me its name on WhatsApp and I'll check it first.
How fast can it be live?
Within about 7 days from the day I have your content: your photos, your services and prices, your hours, and the link to your booking tool. I aim to have it live in a week to ten days once that's in. You see the design early and shape it with me, and nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
What sets the pace is your content, not the code. Send your photos and details on day one and the clock starts then.
- First: we chat on WhatsApp and I tell you what I'd build and what it costs, in writing.
- Early on: you see the design and tell me what to tweak.
- Then: your booking tool gets wired up, your photos and words go in, and your Google Business profile and search basics are set up.
- Live: within about 7 days of having your content, with a copy of the whole site emailed to you at launch.
Who is a booking website for?
Anyone whose customers need a slot, a table or a room. If you take appointments or reservations, I can build for it.
Salons & barbers
Hair, nails, lashes, beauty. The Book button opens your Fresha or Setmore diary, so people book at night instead of DMing you on Instagram.
Clinics & practices
Appointments to the tool you already run on, with your services, prices and hours clearly laid out for people who Google you first.
Guesthouses & B&Bs
Direct stays through NightsBridge or similar on your own site, alongside your Booking.com listing.
Restaurants & cafés
Tables reserved day and night, with your menu and real prices beside them.
Studios & classes
Yoga, pilates, fitness, photography, lessons. Class slots or session bookings to your tool or your WhatsApp.
Anyone with appointments
Groomers, tattoo artists, trades, consultants. If customers ask "when can I come in?", the website answers it for you.
How does it work?
Chat on WhatsApp, see the design early, get your Book button wired to your tool or your WhatsApp, and go live within about 7 days of me having your content.
- 01
Chat on WhatsApp
Tell me what you do, how people book with you now and what's not working: the DMs you answer at 10pm, the same questions about dates and prices. I tell you exactly what I'd build and what it costs, in writing, before anything starts.
- 02
You see the design early
50% to start. I design from scratch, never a template, and you see it early and tell me what to tweak, so it looks like your place and not like a booking app.
- 03
Bookings get wired up
Your Book button plugs into Fresha, Setmore, NightsBridge or whatever you use, or bookings go to your WhatsApp. If payments run on the site, they go straight to your bank. Your photos and words go in, and your Google Business profile and search basics get set up.
- 04
Live in days, then looked after
50% when you go live. Domain in your name, a copy of the whole site emailed to you, and your own editor for words and photos. The care plan runs from launch, first month free, and I look after the site every month.
What happens after launch? The care plan.
Every site comes with the care plan from launch, and your first month is free. It's a flat R450 a month, whether or not you need anything that month: your domain renewal paid and hosting managed, a monthly check that everything works, and your updates (new services, prices, photos, specials and opening hours) sent by WhatsApp and done within the week, up to about an hour of work a month. Unused time doesn't roll over. I'll also handle seasonal updates before you ask, like December hours or a holiday date block.
Bigger jobs, like a new page or a redesign, are quoted upfront. No lock-in: cancel any time with a month's notice, and the site stays yours and keeps working. Without the care plan, changes are R350 an hour (half-hour minimum) and the domain renewal, about R99 a year, is billed to you directly. And if you'd rather change things yourself, the editor is yours either way.
The care plan · R450 a month from launch, first month free
- Domain renewal paid & hosting managed
- Services, prices, photos & specials updated within the week
- Seasonal updates done before you ask
- Monthly check that everything works
- WhatsApp support, direct to me
- Cancel any time with a month's notice. The site stays yours.

Booking website questions
I already take bookings on Fresha and Instagram — do I still need a website?
Will it cause double bookings?
What if I don't use a booking tool at all?
Do I own the site, and can I change my prices and hours myself?
What does a booking website cost to keep running?
Tell me how you take bookings now.
Message me which tool you use (or that you don't), what you offer and roughly how many bookings you take a week. I'll tell you which of the two sites fits, what it costs in writing, and show you designs early so you shape it with me. If it's not for you, no hard feelings.
